I was lost. After 10 years operating a fashion design business while raising two babies, I closed up shop and had a mid-life crisis. In my twenties.
Practicing yoga helped me find my way back to my self. It helped me overcome a life long anxiety disorder. Today, the practice continues to provide the tools necessary to navigate my way through life as a human in this day and age. This blog is my wish to share some of the benefits of yoga with you.
