I was lost. After 10 years operating a fashion design business while raising two babies, I closed up shop and had a mid-life crisis. In my twenties.
Practicing yoga helped me find a way back to my SELF. It helped me overcome a life long anxiety disorder. Today, the practice continues to provide me the tools to navigate through life as a human in this day and age.
