I was lost. After years of operating a small business in a recessive economy while raising two babies under 5 years of age, I closed up shop and had a mid-life crisis. In my twenties.
Practicing yoga helped me find my way back to my self. It helped me overcome a life long anxiety disorder. Today, the practice continues to provide the tools necessary to navigate my way through living as a human in this day and age. This blog is my wish to share some of these benefits with you.
