There was a time in my life where things were falling apart and I could not make it to my weekly yoga class. I stopped practicing for 8 months at that time and truth is, I really needed practice even more than ever.
This was back in a time where online videos were not as prevalent as they are now. While practicing at home does not replace the value of practicing with a community and teacher in person, a home practice does help us stay consistent.
Here is a recording of short and grounding practice that I do when my energy is low and I need a little release for my hips and spine. I hope you enjoy this practice and that it helps you come back to center in the midst of a busy day.
