It all started when...
I was lost. After 10 years operating a fashion design business while raising two babies, I closed up shop and had a mid-life crisis. In my twenties.
About 2 years before I had this mid-life crisis, I stepped into my very first yoga class. It was a Bikram class. Back then, I had no idea what I was about to get into. 90 minutes later after pools of sweat, shaky legs and feeling like I was about to pass out any minute, I finally lied down in savasana and felt... peace.
Practicing yoga helped me find my way back to my self. It helped me overcome a life long anxiety disorder. Today, the practice continues to provide me with the tools to navigate through life as a human in this day and age.
Yoga Lyfe and the two blogs on this space is my wish to share the benefits of yoga with you. I hope that within this space you will find something that will call you to your own practice.
