Hello dear friends and fellow practitioners! Just two more weeks until we will be greeting in the New Year. 2017 has been a momentous year, with many changes both on a personal and global scale. I am so grateful for this year especially as it brought us the joy of baby Mila into our lives.
A few students have asked when I'll be returning to teach yoga classes on the regular so I am writing a quick update on upcoming classes in the New Year.
Just as I've done in 2016 and 2017, I'll continue to offer yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes in the corporate, large and small business setting. In 2018, I'm so grateful to announce that I'll be back to offering regular public classes at Goldman Sports & Wellness Complex over at the Palo Alto OFJCC.
I'll also keep updates on when I'll be subbing so if you'd like me to contact you, please subscribe below and I'll be happy to keep you posted.

Saturday, January 13, 2018, 12:00-1:30 pm. 90 minute Flow class. Note - this is a community class and will be open to non-members.
Monday, February 5, 2018, 5:45-6:55pm. Subbing Yin Yoga.
Saturday, February 10, 2018. 12-1:30 pm. Partner Yoga Workshop, details to follow!
There are some new projects ahead that I've been working on, and I really look forward to sharing them with you soon. Until then, thank you for continuing to practice with me and I look forward to seeing all in the new year.
